Really enjoyed meeting the brilliant team at McDonalds Lymm Services as well as the franchise holder, Jayne Aspin Mayne following their recent refurbishment and extension.
The branch is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and employs more than 200 people - with roles including new apprentices to business managers. Great to meet the team and to see the speed at which they work to serve customers at this really busy restaurant.
The franchise model means local business owners have a direct involvement in the growth of a global brand. Great to talk to Jane about her plans for the business and how important it is to support her local community through projects to encourage reading in schools and providing sports kits for local teams.
