Great to pop in and meet the team at Warrington Carers Hub based at the Gateway in the Town Centre who provide a single point of access for both young and adult Carers living in Warrington South.
The Hub ensures that Carers of all ages have access to information, advice and a wide range of support services including regular drop-in social meetings:
▶️ Monday - Penketh Fire Station - 10.30 to 12.30pm
▶️ Tuesday - Lymm Youth and Community Centre - 1 to 3pm
▶️ Friday - Bath Street Medical Centre - 12.30 to 2.30pm
Plus a regular breakfast get together at the Centre for Disabled Living in Sankey Bridges.
