Pleased to welcome senior Cheshire Magistrates Alan Davies, Patricia Peters and Stephen Walton from Warrington Courthouse to Parliament today to meet with Justice Minister Mike Freer MP.
Almost all criminal court cases start in a magistrates’ court, and around 95% of them are completed there. Cases can include domestic abuse, drug offences, motoring offences, theft, assaults, criminal damage and public order offences.
