Really enjoyed my visit to the Three Bridges Nursing Home in Latchford on Friday to meet residents and the wonderful staff and management who care for them.
Given all that the social care sector has been through over the last two years, it was great to be able to say a personal thank you to the nursing and care staff who went above and beyond.
Great to also talk to some of the residents about life in Warrington over the years and to hear some stories including Barbara who’s brother ran the fish and chip shop in Oughtrington for many years, where she also worked until she retired.
