Such a worthwhile and informative visit to the Eric Moore Partnership Medical Practice in Bewsey to meet Doctors, nurses, physio and mental health nurses and the excellent receptionists and practice admin team who’ve achieved Outstanding rating in their latest Care Quality Assessment.
It was great to see how the surgery are using technology to improve patient access, average speed of answering calls is down below 30 seconds and the practice offer appointments into the evening and on Saturday.
Also very interesting to discuss how the team have made a commitment to supporting former forces personnel with nurses who’ve served in the military and who understand forces life who will work to get you the care you need
