Busy day ahead in Parliament with constituents attending Prime Ministers Questions at midday.
This afternoon MPs will debate all the remaining stages of the Illegal Migration Bill which will introduce new controls on migration by unsafe and illegal routes, particularly small boats.
I know this is an issue that many people locally feel strongly about - I’m studying the requirements of the draft Bill and amendments carefully and will be voting later this evening.
